Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025. 

The company has reported 0.58% fall in its net profit at Rs 11,217 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 11,283 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 8.28% at Rs 1,41,724 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 1,54,511 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 6.44% rise in its net profit at Rs 22,611 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 21,243 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.88% at Rs 2,69,478 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 2,45,249 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 16.13% fall in its net profit at Rs 35,262 crore as compared to Rs 42,042 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.00% at Rs 5,48,886 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,60,070 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 2.90% rise in its net profit at Rs 81,309 crore as compared to Rs 79,020 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.26% at Rs 998,114 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 930,529 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
