Ultratech Cement Ltd.

UltraTech Cement has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 19.10% rise in its net profit at Rs 2682.14 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2251.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 6.46% at Rs 21250.13 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 19960.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 9.57% rise in its net profit at Rs 2474.79 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2258.58 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 12.70% at Rs 23165.45 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 20554.55 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 10.32% fall in its net profit at Rs 6,192.63 crore as compared to Rs 6,904.87 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 4.74% at Rs 72588.39 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 69302.78 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 13.76% fall in its net profit at Rs 6039.64 crore as compared to Rs 7003.96 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 7.23% at Rs 76699.30 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 71525.09 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
