Bajaj Finserv has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 3.20% fall in its net profit at Rs 7.57 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 7.82 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 36.21% at Rs 73.92 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 54.27 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.07% rise in its net profit at Rs 2416.64 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2118.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 14.21% at Rs 36596.43 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 32041.93 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 33.22% rise in its net profit at Rs 1558.87 crore as compared to Rs 1170.06 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 32.60% at Rs 2299.19 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1733.91 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 8.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 8872.31 crore as compared to Rs 8147.79 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 21.23% at Rs 133822.12 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 110383.00 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
