JSW Steel has informed that the Hon’ble Supreme Court pronounced Judgment today i.e 02-05-2025 rejecting the Resolution plan submitted by the Company and approved by NCLAT, on certain grounds. They are yet to receive the formal copy of the Order to understand the grounds for rejection in detail and its implications. Once they receive the Order and are able to review the same along with its legal advisors, they will decide on its further course of action. They shall keep the Exchanges informed of further developments as required under applicable laws. This is for information and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
