MTNL offers internet access across India at same rates: Report

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL), the state owned telecom firm which operates in Delhi and Mumbai, has reportedly offers internet access across India at same rates that they pay at home network as data roaming changes is free across India. Further, the other charges like calling and messaging will be applicable as per the plan opted by the customers while roaming.

MTNL was set up by the Government of India to upgrade the quality of telecom services, expand the telecom network, and introduce new services and to raise revenue for telecom development needs of India's key metros -- Delhi and Mumbai.
