Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025. 

The bank has reported 14.07% fall in its net profit at Rs 3,551.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 4,133.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 9.33% at Rs 16,712.23 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 15,285.35 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 7.58% fall in its net profit at Rs 4,932.76 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5,337.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 2.63% at Rs 27,174.42 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 27,907.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the bank has reported 19.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 16,450.08 crore as compared to Rs 13,781.58 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 14.74% at Rs 64,338.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 56,072.01 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 21.48% rise in its net profit at Rs 22,125.99 crore as compared to Rs 18,213.21 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 9.34% at Rs 103,076.10 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 94,273.91 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
