-14.25 (-1.41%) Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 736.05 crore through the allotment of 2,365 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 10 lakh and 50,000 NCDs at face value of Rs 1 lakh each on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company has at its meeting held on May 7, 2025, allotted the same.
