Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bajaj Finance has informed that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held today, 7 May 2025, allotted 2,365 NCDs, at face value of Rs 10 Lakh and 50,000 NCDs at face value of Rs 1 Lakh each aggregating to Rs 736.05 crore on private placement basis.
