Websol Energy System has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 15th May, 2025 at 2.30 pm through video conferencing or other audio-visual means to consider and approve, among other matters, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March, 2025. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons defined under the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct Policy’ which was closed on 1st April, 2025 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are displayed on Company and BSE & NSE websites.
