Idea Cellular allots Equity Shares under ESOS

Idea Cellular has informed that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution(s) dated August 26, 2013 allotted 550,303 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,316,716,575 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 33,167,165,750.
