SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘the SEBI Circulars’), Persistent Systems has informed that Gurvinder Sahni, SMP of the Company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons with effect from the closure of business hours on May 9, 2025 (EST). The requisite disclosure along with resignation letter is attached as Annexure A.
