Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Nelco has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 10th June 2025 to Monday, 16th June 2025 for taking on record the details of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
