Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 3,18,079 equity shares of face value of ? 5 each vide a Board resolution dated May 19, 2025, and approved on May 20, 2025, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as hereunder: • 48,730 equity shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan; • 2,69,349 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, effective from May 20, 2025, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ? 20,77,10,66,570/- divided into 4,15,42,13,314 equity shares of face value of ? 5/- each. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
