Godawari Power And Ispat Ltd.

Godawari Power and Ispat has received approval from board of directors for enhancement of Steel Melting Capacity by 50,000 MTs at existing Steel Plant. The company has also received approval for revision of proposed capacity of Solar Power Plant from 95 MWp to 125 MWp by additional 30 MWp. The additional solar power capacity shall be used for operating expanded steel melting shop. 

The Board of Directors of Godawari Power and lspat at its meeting held on May 20, 2025, has considered and approved the same. 

Godawari Power and Ispat is engaged in the production of sponge iron, steel billets, ferro alloys, HB wires, oxygen, fly ash bricks and is also in the power business.
