NHPC has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 28.93% rise in its net profit at Rs 893.92 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 693.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 9.76% at Rs 2,455.35 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2,237.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 52% rise in its net profit at Rs 919.63 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 605.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 15.18% at Rs 2,672.41 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2,320.18 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 17.14% decline in its net profit at Rs 3083.98 crore as compared to Rs 3,721.80 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.77% at Rs 10,573.41 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,996.65 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.70% decline in its net profit at Rs 3,411.73 crore as compared to Rs 3,999.54 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 6.69% at Rs 11,729.31 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 10,993.91 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
