Jyoti CNC Automation has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is convened on Sunday May 25, 2025 to consider and approve: (I) Standalone Financial Result of the Company for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2025; and (II) Consolidated Financial Result of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2025. Further, in continuation of intimation dated March 28, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the security of the Company by Designated Persons will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the company of the aforesaid standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter/ nine months ended on December 31, 2025.
