Further to its letter dated 15th May, 2025, UPL has informed that it has today received an intimation from UPL Corporation, Mauritius (‘UPL Corp’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company that it has redeemed all the Bonds aggregating to USD 400 Million. The redemption price was equal to the principal amount together with any interest accrued to but excluding the Redemption Date (including any Arrears of Interest).
