Date: 30-05-2025UltraTech Cement has completed acquisition of 6,42,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Wonder WallCare, representing 100% of the equity share capital of Wonder WallCare. Consequently, Wonder WallCare has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with effect from May 29, 2025.
UltraTech Cement is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India.
