Cipla’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Cipla (EU), UK has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary named ‘CiplaRna GmbH’ in Germany, effective May 28, 2025. CiplaRna has been incorporated with the objective of establishing a laboratory for mRNA-based formulation and drug development support.
