Coforge’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Coforge U.K. has sold and transferred its entire shareholding held in Coforge AdvantageGo to Sapiens (UK), in accordance with the share purchase agreement.

Earlier, Coforge U.K. had agreed to enter into a share purchase agreement with Sapiens (UK) for sale and transfer of entirety of shareholding held by it in Coforge Advantage Go.
