Innovana Thinklabs has acquired the Innovana Green Energy (a subsidiary of the Company). Objects of acquisition are to design, install, operate. and maintain rooftop solar PV systems across various sectors in India; to develop, own, and manage solar projects, including hybrid and storage systems, with O&M services; to generate, trade. and supply electricity from renewable sources and undertake solar EPC contracts; to procure, manufacture. and deal in solar equipment, components, and related infrastructure; and to provide consulting and form partnerships or acquire assets necessary for solar energy operations. 

Cost of acquisition is Rs 65,000 towards subscribing to 6500 equity shares at face value of 10 each. Innovana Thinklabs holds 65% shareholding in Innovana Green Energy. 

Innovana Thinklabs designs, develops and maintains software systems and solutions, create new applications and enhance the functionality of its customers’ existing software products.
