Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- Agneya Systems has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Astraan Defence’ in India on June 13, 2025. Astraan Defence has been incorporated for manufacture of primer, propellant, ignitors & explosives and ammunitions of various types/calibers.
