Further to letter dated June 9, 2025, Affle 3i has informed that the Investment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, June 16, 2025, reviewed the Company’s investment in Talent Unlimited Online Services (‘Bobble’) and decided to continue to classify the investment as ‘Held for Sale’ in accordance with Ind AS 105 till there is any substantial update on the inspection rights as sought by Affle. Further, the Company on Friday, June 13, 2025 had received a Pre-emption offer notice from Bobble to subscribe to its 337 Series D2 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares. The Investment Committee took note of the offer notice received and a decision on the same shall be made in due course.
