Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries has sold balance 87,15,635 equity shares of Asian Paints at an average price of Rs 2,207.65 per share. Earlier, the company had sold 3.50 crore equity shares of Asian Paints at a price of Rs 2,201 per share.  

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
