Affle 3i Ltd.

Affle 3i has informed that the Company has allotted 27,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on June 18, 2025, to Affle (India) Employees’ Welfare Trust under Affle (India) Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2021. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,177,272/- divided into 140,588,636 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. The Company is in the process of applying for the listing of these aforesaid shares with the stock exchanges, NSE and BSE. Further, this intimation is in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, however, it has clarified that the aforesaid allotment of shares is not material in nature to the Company.
