SG Finserve has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 until Forty-Eight hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
