-2.35 (-1.97%) Samvardhana Motherson International has raised Rs 2025 crore through the allotment of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), bearing a coupon of 6.80% per annum, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The Debentures will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE. The Finance Committee of Directors on June 27, 2025 has approved the issuance and allotment of the same.
