Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, D-Link (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 07, 2025, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 and other matters, if any. Further, as per the company’s code of conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed effective from July 1, 2025, and will re-open 48 hours after the said financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
