Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL) has completed the acquisition of 85.1% stake in Air Works India (Engineering) (AWIEPL) on July 1, 2025. 

Pursuant to this, AWIEPL has become a step-down subsidiary of the company. The acquisition aims to expand company’s footprint in the Aircraft Services & MRO industry.
