Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, August 1, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Dividend for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of Dividend by the Members at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting.
