UPL's step-down subsidiary -- Advanta Seeds International Mauritius has entered into an agreement for acquisition of shares in a Company viz. Wuhan Advanta Seeds Company (Advanta China). Advanta China will be acquired to carry out seeds and related business. The said acquisition will be completed on or before September 30, 2025.
