Jyoti CNC Automation has certified that securities comprised in the certificates received for dematerialization, from the depository participants during the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed. Further, the said certificates were mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository was substituted as registered owner in Register of Members maintained by the Company. A certificate dated July 05, 2025, issued by MUFG Intime India, Share Transfer Agent, in above respect is enclosed.
