Birlasoft has informed that it enclosed the 34 th Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs). Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is also sending a letter to Members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the RTA/DPs providing the weblink from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the Company’s website.
