Hindustan Unilever has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 31st July, 2025 to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors for the corresponding period. They shall intimate the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results to the Exchanges upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in the Press as required under the Listing Regulations. Also noted that pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, a presentation to analysts / investors on the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be made on the same day after the meeting.
