L&T Finance has raised Rs 1000 crore through allotment of 1,00,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each through private placement basis. The maturity of said NCDs will be on July 15, 2027.
