Axis Bank has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today, July 16, 2025, has granted 1,37,575 stock options at an exercise price of Rs 1,165.90 per option under the Axis Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000-01 to the eligible employees of the Bank. Disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A. The meeting commenced at 10.30 am (IST) and concluded at 1:40 pm (IST).
