Sasken Technologies Ltd.

In continuation to letter dated April 25, 2025 wherein as an intimation of the outcome of the Board meeting held on that day, Sasken Technologies has informed that the Board has approved a Final Dividend of Rs 13 per equity share (130%) of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2025 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. They further informed that the Record date for the purpose of aforesaid Final Dividend is Friday, July 18, 2025. The said dividend, once approved by the members in the ensuing AGM, will be paid on or before Friday, September 12, 2025.
