In reference to letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/157/2025-26 dated July 2, 2025, and pursuant to Regulations 30, 33, 52 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Axis Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today, July 17, 2025, has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (the ‘Financial Results’). These Financial Results were subjected to limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors. The Financial Results along with the Audit Reports issued thereon by M M Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, are enclosed and are also being uploaded on the website of the Bank at www.axisbank.com. The Board meeting commenced at 11:30 am (IST) and the results were approved at 3:35 pm (IST).
