Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33, 51 & 52 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), JSW Steel has informed that Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 were approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today. A copy of the same containing disclosures required under Regulations 33, 52 and other provisions of the Listing Regulations as applicable, together with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditor thereon is enclosed.
