Relaxo Footwears has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025. Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated June 27, 2025 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives till August 1, 2025.
