Foreign institutional investor (FII) EG Shares India Small Cap Mauritius has offloaded 37.7 lakh shares of outsourcing company Hexaware Technologies for about Rs 47 crore. The company has offloaded Hexaware’s 1.26% stake an average price of Rs 123.98 through the open market route.

Recently, Dali, an investment vehicle of PE firm Chrys Capital, offloaded 24 lakh shares of outsourcing company Hexaware Technologies for about Rs 31 crore through open market route.

Hexaware Technologies (HTL) is IT and Process outsourcing service provider in global space. The company provides technological solutions and specialises in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Transportation, HR-IT and Legacy Modernization.
