Pursuant to the provision of regulations 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) regulations 2015, Netweb Technologies India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 31st July, 2025, for the following purposes: (i) To consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results along with limited review report thereon for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 (ii) To finalize the date of the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company (iii) To fix the record date to ascertain the shareholders who shall be eligible for the final dividend (iv) Any other matter with the permission of the chair. Further, in pursuance of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window was closed from 1st July 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
