In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’), SG Finserve has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July, 2025, approved grant of 34,500 Employee Stock Options (‘Options’) convertible into an equal number of Equity Shares of the Company of face value of ?10/- each, under the Moongipa Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022 (‘Scheme’).
