Coforge Ltd.

Coforge has in-principally agreed to acquire the entire outstanding shares of Artexmind S.A., (a shelf company) through Coforge Solutions, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company (the Transaction). This shelf company is being acquired to start operations in a new geography as setting up a new entity would have taken longer lead time. The entity being acquired belongs to the IT / ITes industry. 

The transaction involves acquisition of 100% stake of the Target Company by Coforge Solutions, with purchase consideration of $10,000. The Transaction is expected to be completed on or before August 31, 2025.
