Natco Pharma has received approval from board of directors to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in South Africa with an investment up to an amount not exceeding Rs 2100.00 crore in the name of NATCO Pharma South Africa Proprietary. The objective of incorporation of subsidiary is to enter new geographies for growth and increased profitability. 

Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
