Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, in continuation of its earlier letter dated June 27, 2025 under subject ‘Intimation of closure of Trading Window’ and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from July 1, 2025 till August 2, 2025 for the purpose of said financial results.
