The information appears to have emanated from an unofficial WhatsApp group and lacks any genuine or verifiable source. It is further clarified that one of the items falsely claims that the Company has published its financial results for the quarter ended June 2025; however, the Company has not released any such results as of date. The shareholders/Investors are requested to visit official website of the Company i.e. www.nucleussoftware.com and the website of stock exchanges i.e. https://www.bseindia.com/index.html and https://www.nseindia.com/ for any update/information with regard to the Company. The Company has complied with and continues to comply with the relevant disclosure norms under the Listing Regulations.
