Coal India has informed that CDSL vide Email/SMS dated 22nd July’ 2025 has inadvertently communicated details related to the Annual General Meeting of CIL. Subsequently vide Email/ SMS dated 23rd July’ 2025 a corrigendum through Email/SMS was sent by CDSL to shareholders of CIL holding shares in CDSL as follows: ‘Kindly ignore the email/SMS sent inadvertently w.r.t communication of Coal India Limited AGM’s e-voting dates and time. The correct dates for CIL AGM/e-voting for FY 2024-25 shall be intimated later. Inconvenience caused due to email/sms sent inadvertently is deeply regretted’. The correct date of AGM of CIL will be intimated later.
