Coal India has informed that further to the letter dated 24th July 2025, details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure. It is confirmed that he is not related to any other director of the company. It may further be noted that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI/any other authority. This is as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
