In furtherance of its earlier intimations dated July 11, 2025 (Ref No: KTSL/2025-2026/027) regarding the proceedings of 01/2025-26 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the Company, and July 15, 2025 (Ref No: KTSL/2025-2026/029) regarding the fixation of the record date for the Sub-division (Split) of equity shares, Kellton Tech Solutions has informed that: The Sub-division (Split) of the Company's equity shares has now been fully implemented and the effect of the split is already reflected from Monday, July 28, 2025, for both existing and prospective shareholders. The company has informed that, pursuant to the split: • The face value of the equity shares has been revised from ?5 each to ?1 each. • A new ISIN, INE164B01030, has been allotted to the equity shares post-sub-division.
